Said it was a timely manner and had to be taken care of asap about my credit card
Offered to lower my cc interest rate to 6.9%. Told me to press 1 to speak to a live rep.

nothing wrong with your account. To lower your interst rate and speak to a representative dial 1.
Person on line claimed to be "card member services" when asked for which bank she stated that they "service all major credit cards" organization, when told that she is not authorized to call me, she hung up.
