Actually it is not a scam caller. The Hope Program is a legit business and they would speak with you then transferred you to Lexington Law Firm to help you rebuild your credit so you can buy a home or rent to own home. Hope this helps.
From a website for people trying to buy homes with no credit. I told them to stop calling me.
