Click the link in bio to claim your refund: f1nancehydr0. com" (I edited the link to include an extra space so it doesn't work as a link and recommend that you don't go there, given that Norton Security flags it as a known malicious site, with both identity and phishing risks. Web site is located U.S., phone area code is Toronto.)
