Keeps calling after being told not to. Hung up when confronted. Credit card Scam. Will not answer a call back.

Caller said she was with "card services" and wanted to discuss my credit account. When I asked which one caller hung up.
I tried to call the number back but I got dead air and no connection.

Scam. Caller ID showed "Customer Service" Woman was speaking as my answer machine was talking. I heard all kinds of other people talking on phones in background. Woman mumbles her name & what company she's with, then goes on to say "Calling about your current credit card account" then she hung up because then my answer machine beeped for her to leave her message. Area code 440 is Cleveland, Ohio
