Several phone calls with no message left. Other numbers from NCO FIN SVC (aka: NCO FNCL, NOC GRP, NCO GROUP, NCO) include 360-350-5360, 951-289-4303, 845-770-0071, 702-576-0429, 401-519-1492. Call back had to do with unpaid debt on Capital One credit card (don't have one!). Name on account provided was not known. Was told it would take 48 hours for my number to be removed from their system.

Calls at least 3x a day annoying always all operators r busy not sure who nco is ?

I have gotten at least one call a day from this number for the last month or so. If I'm not home it's just left on my answering machine with the message "I'm sorry all of our operators are busy at this time?????? Hey you called me -- and now you're too busy. Just got a call when I was home, answered it and got the recorded message above. Called them back and actually got a liver apparently not too busy person with a definite accent from??? -- informed her I was on the "Do Not Call list" and aked my number be taken off. She said it would take maybe 24 hours??? Have NO IDEA who NCO Group is!
