I've been approved for student loan...Never had a student loan!

I received an unwanted call about student loan forgiveness, I pressed 1 to speak to a live person, said "agent" answered after several rings and hung up on me when I was very calmly explaining to her I didn't want to be called anymore without letting me finish....
Caller: Student loan forgiveness
They stated that there was an issue with out business listing and our on-line customers might not be able to view us and you need to press 1 to run a report.. They asked to speak with the business owner to report an issue. Once the owner is on the line, they ask if they are speaking to the specific business and once you say yes, they hang up.
