Woman named "Jennifer Moore", called my mother today looking for me. My mother stated I didn't live there, and she asked my mother if she knew who I was. My mother told her yes, but did not provide them with my number. "Jennifer Moore" told my mother to tell me there was a criminal complaint against me and asked her to give me the number of 901-313-8552 to call them back. Well, I did call them back, but blocked my number before dialing. Guess they don't want folks calling them that don't display their numbers. I got an answering machine that stated I'd reached Nancy Kirkland and Rebecca Holloway at the pre trial division. Leave my name, case number, and a callback number. Needless to say I did not do this. I also told my mother to tell them not to call back and that she does NOT know who I am if they do call her back. Next time they call, it will be reported.
I went through this years ago, and I had taken out payday loans - foolishly. After they harassed both my mother and I years ago, I ended up filing bankruptcy. So I know for sure that they are now digging into records, finding any contact information they can, and trying to get money where NO monies are due. If they proceed, I will have my bankruptcy lawyer call them, which will cease all calls. I can't believe people don't have a better way of trying to get money from people! LOL! Have a great day folks, and don't be bullied into giving money to ANYONE! :)

Same garbage as above, everyone needs to file a complaint on the CFPB website and FTC website. This is a scam company today his name is Cal Burgess. My curiosity is where the heck do they get our information from... He is calling my cell and that is not listed in my name.

She is using the name Brenda Harris, from Litigation Dept. stating that I owed a PayDay Loan. She from Chardon, Ohio. Calling from phone# 440-226-3197 and she's gave me another number #440-536-8582. They have multiples number. Refer them to the Attorney General.

These Criminals are so stupid, they must not realize it takes all of 5 seconds to Google their phone # and the Jig is Up! Its an obvious fake payday loan debt scam run by bottom feeders who will soon be in Prison!! LOL The only "Litigation" that will be served will up their yahoos when they are sent to the Slammer!!! Was told I owe 6 thousand dollars to be paid by today or I would go to jail for 108 days. When I asked what was the debt from? I was told a payday loan when I told her I never had a payday loan in that amount. The lady screamed " see that's why I don't deal with Yall niggers now!" I Google their number to find out this is a complete SCAM!

FORGOT TO MENTION, I'VE NOTIFIED THE LOCAL POLICE AUTHORITY'S GAVE THEM THE PHONE NUMBER. THEY TOLD ME TO BLOCK THE PHONE NUMBER AND ALSO DON'T ANSWER ANY CALLS YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE.

Well I have been getting the same BS call but instead the name given to me is Rebecca Holloway its with the same threats about a warrant picking me up and she asked if I wanted to speak to an attorney she put me on hold for about 15 mins came back on the line and starts telling me i have to pay $767.49 inn3 hours or i would get picked up. Where's the attorney she asked me if I wanted to talk to there's not one cuz their BS scammers looking to see who they can burn with money. Changed my phone number n they started calling my mothers phone. Talk about low lifes. They r liers big time scam. Ignore their BS calls

I received the same call today from Kyle Burgess. I called back and got an Amanda Scott. Told me that if I didn't pay back the loan I borrowed, they will proceed with my case and I would have a warrant out for my arrest

I received the same call from a Kyle Burgess saying that me or my attorney needed to call that day and if they didn't hear from me they said I would be waiving my option for counsel. I called back and they didn't answer so I left a message leaving my number and letting him know that I worked for three attorneys which one would he like to speak to. Never heard back. Lol

Received call from this "attorney" from "Pretrial Intervention Services" saying I needed to call his number or my case would be forwarded for trial or whatever (guy can't speak clearly). Checked around on internet and found it is just a scam to get you to pay for some debt they dream up, but for which thay can give you no details. These folks are a bit more creative in trying to rob you. Blocked the number, but from what I've learned they have multiple numbers.
