They said that they represented my credit card company (no name), that there was no problem but this was my final chance to lower my interest rate. I have asked them not to call in the past, but they call me, my wife, and both my sons all the time on our cell phones despite all of us being on the do not call list.

The recording said "This call is from your credit card company. Your credit is in good standing, but we want to see if we can lower your interest rate. Press 1 for more information, or press 2 to (I think) discontinue all calls in the future." I pressed 2. The message specifically did not say the name of a credit card company. This is not the first time I have received this call; I have disconnected before listening to the entire message before, since I do not have any credit cards.

Robo call recording stated it was Credit Card Services offering a lower interest rate. Press '1' to speak with someone. I selected "1' to get to a person. Once answered, I advised the party that my cell number is on the 'Do Not Call Registry' and the person disconnected without a word being spoken.

I called 307-223-0458 and they processed the do not call request for my phone number and it worked.
