This is a prerecorded call offering to lower the interest rates on my credit card. I do not have a credit card so I pressed the option to speak with a live rep and they immediately asked for the expiration date of y credit card and I asked them what credit card and they immediately hung up.

Lower interest rates on credit card. Had to press 1 to get to a live person. I asked them several times what company they worked for and they said 'Account Services' I told them that I don't have a relationship with them and I am on the do not call list and they needed to remove my number immediately. Then they hung up on me.

The pre-recorded message claimed to be about my credit card's interest rates. It made no effort to identify itself i.e. "We're calling from X Bank about your Y credit card." The message gave me the options of either pressing 1 to talk to a live person or pressing 2 to be removed from their calling list. I didn't trust either of those options and just hung up. I found online reports from other people who received robocalls from this number claiming to be about their credit card's interest rates.

Claimed to be my credit card company but mentioned no company name. Said I could get lower interest rates. Then asked for credit card number.
