Said the Call was from Account Services and that I needed to call as this was the final call to lower my interest rates - when I hit 1 to find out who it was, the call was answered. However, when I asked which credit card company they were calling from, they hung up. I see on the internet where they have done this hundreds if not thousands of times, Please fine them $10,000 per call like the FCC is supposed to.
