Adam is on the DNC list. On Saturday at 11 AM, he was solicited by a credit card company. The call was a recording from credit card services and they were asking if he was interested in transferring his existing balances. He pressed one to speak to someone. CTR344

The message offered to lower my credit card rate on an existing card but did not identify the company from which the robocall was made; when I pressed 1 to speak with a representative, he told me Chase. I asked to be removed from his list and he hung up with no response.

The recorded message was from Bartlett Inc. Not wanting to waste my time listening to the prerecorded sales pitch, I hung up. When I called the calling number, all I got was: "press any digit to be placed on do not call list."
