Dale received a phone call yesterday about credit cards on his land line. He received a phone call today on his cell phone from credit card services about lowering his interest rates. He had called the number back and it did not connect; only a busy signal. He pressed one during the call and no one came on the line. He is concerned about the company getting his personal information.CTR344
