Never says anything just hangs up when you answer
Credit card - lower my interest rate or they will close my account, an account I do not even have with them. The woman was rude and told me that she would continue to call me as many times as she liked and they would never remove me from their list and then hung up.

This works....A comment for another phone number with just the last 2 digits different told of an efficient way to stop the calls 866-246-7196. I called them and when asked, they said they provide this do not call service to a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who dont want to be called. Sounded good to me so I gave them the callers phone number which they confirmed to be on their list so they added my receiving phone number to the do not call list. Its been a few days and I havent gotten anymore calls so this is a good thing to pass on.
