Robocall number shows up as "Unknown" and goes to voicemail after not even a full ring. They left a message saying they'd been trying to get a hold of me in regards to my utility bill. Illegal and a scam!

Scam! I called them back and the lady didn't even know how to answer the phone right.
Caller: Some lady with a New York accent
They continue to call and leave the same message about some charges on my utility account. I finally called them back and told the lady to remove my number from her list and she said "ok we can do that" and then hung up on me. Scam!
