SO they call my phone almost everyday, choose to answer today and they told me they would "lower my interest rates" but they want me to verify my information aka credit card number LOL yeah sure I have multiple credit cards and they didn't even know what to say when I asked where they were calling from or what card they were referring to SPAM!!!!!!!!!!

They said to me- "To your current credit card account. There's no problems currently with your accounts. It is urgent however that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates to as little as 6.9% your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice please press 1 now on your phone to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates or press 2 to discontinue further notices. Thank you and have a great day." this their other #7606489726

I get these calls sporadically with this exact script read out to me. (at least as accurately as I can recall.) I think you're spot on in re: the statements made. Thanks for transcribing/
