Follow-up: 06-22-2016 A male was later joined by his female partner while road work was scheduled and being done, taking his chance to look a part of this he walked through dressed for the country with his blue clipboard about 3000 feet from my home. I noticed this man because his behavior was odd and I am trained for that sort of detail. He the canvassed trying to get data our of my neighbors and finally worked his nerve up to talk to me as I was leaving up the road. He claimed he was from Oakland, CA and was with Sprint. We don't carry sprint in this neighborhood. His girlfriend was dressed in shorts and went running up the road after petting the horses. They seemed very team like the problem being she was in my yard walking sneaking around trespassing and trying to sneak out after I had left. She'd been listening in on anything said in the yard. Considering they were not invited and were on camera and in plain site of a paid armed guard I would say both were delusional types into the lure of ripping off people in money scams. I had to rescue him from the dog because he didn't take a hint to not bother the neighbor's space. I caught him again in the yard in the drive way. At long last I was able to make him as a part time paper server who scammed on the side. He was so embarrassed that he ran out of the yard back to where he'd been hiding watching my brother and in fact hinted he may be here to kill him or that it could be arranged. He clearly did not like the male neighbor in the apartment. So he went from sales dude getting statistics to boyfriend and girlfriend out for a walk in the country to protecting me as his savior from the dog and my champion that would kill my mean neighbor if he got the chance. I tried to warn him that the neighbor doesn't like strangers, non appointed business, or surprise guests. I didn't rub in that I caught them. Anyway I don't see why he was so upset about the dog but since I was already there I walked him out the driveway to make sure the dog didn't fully attack him. The dog was on it's way. So they trespass and hate the owners and work far away to pay their rent on a house they couldn't afford which was used by a wise guy, a witness protection house, and then the last man was a pervert and got the neighbor upset by watching his kids and him too much. So -- this dude can't sleep because the dog hates him. That's because he is a trespasser. So the guy got my number? How? He probably overheard the dude yell at me one day. So now it all makes sense. He masked his deeds with his work number. I have to wonder if he even bought the house. Maybe there's a dead body in it. So thus dude and his chick are major scammers that went as far as to move in or live in the house next door until the owner got back. I think he hoped to assume and identity and may have something to do with our neighbor being gone.
