"Ronald Rose" did also call me - asked for mortgage info - claimed to be from "Peoples Bank", called 2X, did not answer 1st call, spoke briefly with person then hung up, blocked call, and reported to FTC

Caller ID shows "Ronald Rose" but no person was on the line, only static. Attempt to call back and I got an "unable to complete your call" message then a "you have reached the voicemail box...". This appears to be spoofing or some other dangerous activity.
