Called me and would not answer when I said hello and asked who was there. Basic call and hang up.

Credit services scam to get your info
Card holder services (did not even state a credit card company)about lowering my interest rate. I knew it was a scam so I wanted to be removed from the list. I waited for a live operator, and requested to be removed from the scam calling list.
