IRS scam with recorded voice. I guess they have gotten smarter and not having people who can't speak English call any more.

It was a pre-recorded message, claiming to be the IRS. Stated that there was an arrest out for me and to call back right away. I have had this recording before on my landline, and now its showing up on cell phone. Definitely a scam.
