These non-stop calls & voicemails are apparently from an elderly man w/ Alzheimer's living in a small resident home. I have no idea who he is or why he keeps calling me, but I've called the place he lives/calls from several times & all they do is say sorry, they have elderly, senile residents there. I said please block him from using a phone or tell him he is calling someone he doesn't know, but they act like they don't really care!
