When they call you. Inform them that you are going to report them to the FTC. I filed a complaint with the FCPB and they informed me that this company does not exist and that I also needed to notify the FTC

Just received a call from this number about a payday loan from 2008 and when I googled the companies it showed that THEY were scams and none of their numbers worked, one of them even has a desist order against them in California , when I call the place back and advised them of what I found they got all defensive and told me that they had my bank account info that the loans were deposited into, when I asked for that information he got angry and hung up on my, so I called back and spoke with a woman that says that she can't view that stuff because the case was sent to the court...but the guy just told me he had my info? Hmmmm
Received a threatening sounding message after hours from this # stating I/we had refused to pay back a loan and it was now being placed with Remedial Retrieval. All of this is not true. This is a scam.
The message I received is below. This started from calls I received from a Global Solutions company trying to collect on a payday loan that they said I had back in 2008. "File number ## which was placed with Retrieval Mediation has been escalated to out final review department due to a lack of response from the required respondent. A full review of this file is being conducted by one of our loss mitigation specialists and a recommendation of action to our client is imminent. In order for your personal statement to be included in this review, call the representative for conducting the review at (443) 478-4845 immediately upon receipt of this message. Failure to respond will result in our recommendation being submitted to our client without your personal statement being included."
