Didn't answer but from past experiences with this CID it's the old credit card interest scam. You pay them a big chunk of money and they deal with your credit card company to lower your interest rate. No guarantee other than you don't get your money back. Now you're in a worse situation than before and they don't tell you that you have a better chance with your bank than they do! Total cold-calling illegal scam!
