Definitely not spam. It's United Health Care, which is my healthcare provider. They called to set up an annual in-home nurse visit.

i have them too. i wonder if people sign on for them as their secondary ins and just don't pay attention? the house calls are real. i had a doctor the first time, a PA for the second time.
some people are just clueless,
