They call everyday and the phone rings 3 times before they hang up. Robo call? Annoying for my 85 year-old Mother as it's been going on for weeks now. It's an effort for her to see who's calling to see if she wants to answer. Caller ID says Breast Cancer so she never answers.

Repeatedly calls, have blocked number... efforts to report number as bogus goes unheeded... Federal Do Not Call list is a joke....
