this is a bad autodialer. Though I have indeed been in contact with Clear One advantage (a debt consolidator), I am not talking til the info package arrives and this number is a broken-ars autodialer that hangs up after calling you at disturbing hours. It can be a form of telemarketing since they do have a profit margin involved with 'assisting' you. If you are not in enough debt or right kind of debt it is waste of your time since all they to is work with your creditors to ease interest rates/payment schedule/and possibly lower payment. So their ability to help is very situational and their legal clout is next to zero.
