I don't know what the guy's name is because he has given me different names. I believe he is selling for ACE Tools. He got rude with me when I would not give him a cell number that he wanted. He started mocking me . I ask him to take my number off of his calling list. He said he would call me back to confirm and hung up. Sure enough...he called me back a couple of days later. I told him that he was suppose to have my number on do not call. He informed me that he couldn't put it on the list unless I gave him the cell number that he wanted. I refused to give it to him and asked to speak with his Supervisor. He put me on hold and then came back on the line trying to disguise his voice. I called him on it and told him I would be reporting him to our state attorney general if he called me again.

Man says his name is Jerry from ACE...asks in a " seriouse" voice for a person and than doesn't stay on the phone, just hangs up.
