When I answered, there was a robot voice telling me there was a judgment against my social security number in Texas(!?!) I live in Delaware. It said to press "1" to speak with a social security expert. I did that, and the automated system put me on hold until a human answered. The female human refused to give me her name, but she said she was from social security. I immediately informed her that I was recording this entire call, and I asked her if she would approve being recorded. Without uttering a single word, she hung up on me.
