Same as everyone has noted. Home Security system scam. They try to get info about what security you have/don't have in your home.

Robocall stating "I have been referred to get a Free Home Security system" They have called relentlessly for month. I have told them countless time to stop calling and that I am not interested in their services. I took a different approach today; I pretended to be interested in the company and was transferred to a representative named "steel". I tried to get as much information about the company with great success. I don't have caller id and *69 "last call can't be called back". When I asked for the phone number so I could call back, they hung up. Did anyone file a complaint with the FCC?
