I just received a call saying insurance rates decreased and they want to provide a free quote. I thought she said Geico but when she asked for my home address I asked where are you calling from again and she said she would call me back and hung up...

Telemarketing call. Automated. When you get a rep and ask to be removed from call list they just hang up. They don't remove you cause they called back the next day. Blocked now.
