Received the jillionith phone call from these people this morning in spite of the fact that I have punched "1" a million times to be removed. I punched "3" to talk to someone and when she came on the line I proceeded to tell her to remove me that I was tired of their nonsense and she hung up on me.. How professional is that?? This call was to lower CC interest.

recorded message offering to consolidate CC or something. second and final notice. 3 to be removed from list. disconnects you immediately after pressing 3 with no confirmation that I was actually removed. If they call again I will file FCC complaint as I am on do not call list and never initiated contact with this company.
