So I got a call too! So since I know how to deal with people like this, I decided to research it. The number comes back to Callerid4u, Inc, Phone: (206) 792-9399 93 S. Jackson Street, #38-480, Seattle, WA 98104. The address is actually a post office box, not a suite.
The company is owned by a Paul Maduno, an immigrant from Nigeria, Africa. Although I have his home address in California, I’m not releasing that. I will however provide his contact information so you can provide him with the same service he has been providing all of us.

Feel free to drop him a line, preferably late night California time. Be advised, he will admit to his business, but gets very angry and will threaten you. Dental insurance "Have you been putting off routine dental care...?" The recorded message does not identify the company. After listening the message there is an option to be transferred to a life agent and he told me that the company's name is "Netsurance" in Orange County, Ca. - they have been calling us for almost a year now and we told them several times that we are on the Do-Not-Call list. At that point they always hang up and continue calling. We reported them numerous times on the Do-Not-Call.gov website without any result. They call from 2 numbers: (458) 201-0250 or (458) 201-0248. Unfortunately, we deleted the records prior to Nov., 29. The numbers showing up on our caller id can not be called.
