Pre-recorded message said the FBI claimed there was a break in every 15 minutes and I could receive a free GE alarm system if I put a sign in my front lawn.

security company with a really annoying automated telemarketer. I you follow the prompts you are brought to the voice mail of Chris Pratchel who promises to call back. I am on the national no call list as well as his companies from a previous time and I opted out of their calls.

Offer of free installation of a security system. When I pressed the number for more information to tell the caller not to call again, Ii told him that it was illegal to call my cell phone. He replied that it is also illegal to collect income taxes. When I said I would report the number, he said he didn't care.

I gotten couple of calls from this number the last one was on Feb 8 at 1:55 P.M on my home phone in South Carolina. Whoever calls doesn't leave a message or when I answer doesn't say anything. So that leave me thinking that who is calling just wants to hear my voice or conform that I at home, thing that is very CREEPY... I research this number and comes out as a company name, CALLERID4U and says is from; EUGENE, OR..
I would like to know who is calling me and why is calling?
