12/9/14...this is the tenth time this company has called us; we have been on the DNC list for months; I have called the # back and chosen the "remove from our list' option several times. I just spoke with a rep named Nathan, who refused to give me even the name of the company (had to google it) he called me a bitch and asked if I was retarded.

Chronic pain telemarketing. On Do Not Call but they still get through. What's the point of Do Not Call?
3 strikes and they're out! After they call you three times (after you've told them your on DNT list) you can sue them for calling.
