These calls come from many different numbers so blocking is useless. Area code is usually 463. Caller is recorded, asks "can you hear me ok" when you pick up, switches to live caller when you inadvertently confirm they've reached a live person. I've asked to be removed multiple times, always get hung up on only to be called again a day or so later.
