Not a complaint, but just wanted to let anyone that is interested know that the call I received from this number was a credit card service affiliated with Bank of America. I had been issued a card for a new credit card account and they were verifying that I had received the card.

Thank you so much for writing this up, the # kept calling me as well not leaving a msg but I indeed did just receive a BOA credit card so the next time I will answer them. Thanks!

469-201-7025 has called me a few times now and hasn't left a message. Seems to be FIA Card Services from what I've researched. Don't know why they're calling other than it's a scam to try to get personal info and misuse it.

The caller, FIA , rarely says anything. Mostly just dead silence. I had to look here on the Web to find out to whom the above number belonged. These people call our home every evening between 5 and 7. It's become very irritating and frightening. I've called them back and was put on hold for at least 10 minutes until I hung up. This is a scam of some sort and I wish I knew how to take action against these people. I'm on the National Do Not Call List, but I guess this doesn't help.
