They call me after I had blocked my number!!!

Phone rang 4 times when I answered the line was blank & it sounded like I had a "loud speaker" on my end reverbing my voice as I said "Hello, hello, hello?". CID showed this number & FIA CARD SVCS. Looks like the Do Not Call list is something to give me a false sense of having done something when it does nothing as I get all kinds of these calls during the week.

number just called my phone and have called my number just about every day/every other day. I'm getting sick of it! Does not leave message or anything. Says its from "Dallas TX"
