Although purporting to be a survey, the caller promises a chance to win a cruise, but later in the call it turns out that the person who wins the cruise must pay the port fees, immediately, using a credit card.

Robot caller from EFA Group at 469 250-0270 called my Cell at 4pm on 1-18-12 wanting me to do some kind of survey in return I get a cruise, Yea, like I want to go on one now after what happen to that cruise liner in Italy a few days ago. If the Government Do-Not-Call list doesn't work how are they going to protect us against our free speech when or if SOPA or PIPA take over.

the 773 number keeps claiming it is the last message to lower credit card interest. Yet they have called more than 5 times in the last month. Please stop them. Shut them down.

The message said that they were taking a survey and at the completion of the survey I would eligable for a free cruise. I pressed one to get through the survey and talk to some one to get my number removed from the list because the automated requests do not work. I have tried it before. The survey asked me the same question 4 times and asked me to rate the Democratic parties performance in the Debt crisis situation between 1 being lowest and 5 being highest. I entered a 1 each time just to get through the survey and after the last time the call just disconnected.
I think this maybe a PAC, Party or survey entity manupulating the system.
