harassing calls all day

I have been extremely unhappy with this company since they took over my 2 car loans from Citi. When I call, I have gotten numerous people who barely speak the English language enough to understand what I am telling them! I have also gotten three different answers to the exact same question everytime I have called. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing....

These people are hard up for your payment. My due date is the 15th of the month and if they don't receive the payment by the 16th they start calling and calling. 15 calls per day from a bunch of different numbers. Unreal! I have never been more than 10 days late yet they continue to harass me. Never again! Once this car is paid off I am done.

calls 8-10 times per day!! early morning and late at night!! i have to cut my ringer off at night just to get some sleep!!

If they are calling you after 9pm you can file a complaint with the FCC and the FTC. That is against federal law to contact you after that time.

This company is associated with Santander, they call for car note payments and even though I told the representative that my number didn't belong to the person they were looking for they continued to call. Now I am looking into collection harassment and filing a suite against them. A FCC complaint can be filed as well... good luck everyone.

I have been getting calls from this place 8 times today! and they keep asking for the same persona dn I keep telling them he nolonger has this number! Anyone know what else I can do? I'm on the DO NOT CALL list but that doesn't seem to matter.

Caller has called my phone number over 10 times per day for weeks now. Do not leave message and all I see on caller ID is this phone number and out of area. This numer is on National Do Not Call List, but I guess it is pointless to have it there, as I get these type of calls all the time. Did get calls from two different 214 area codes which by reading the other postings I see are from Drive Financial. Do not have any idea what they want as all cars on this property has been paid in full for. Maybe need to start reporting to other higher ups to get these things to stop.

I too have a loan with HSBC and these people are calling me too.. 5-6 times a day. I am not behind on any payments, have always been on time and DONT have poor credit! Finally talked to someone there and they now have my loan, so its not just for people with bad credit! Will not quit calling my job, will not quit calling my cell or my house. I had all these numbers listed with HSBC because THEY didn't harass me for no reason! Short of changing my phone numbers, which I shouldnt have to do, what can I do to make them quit calling????
