"David" odd accent hindi/arab? call right away filing criminal action on 3/7/2016 at 11:19am
James left me a message on 7 March at 8:59 am telling me he was from the magistrates office. I called him back and he told me that he was calling because I had fraud issues with my 2010 taxes. I told him he could take it up with H&R Block since they have done my taxes for 20 years now. He told me this was just my taxes not my husbands, I told him that I would call IRS myself as soon as I hung up the phone and he became angry with me and started telling me what I was going to do and I told him no I wouldn't do what he said which was pay 6,983.00. He said that since I wanted to be difficult with him, he was sending someone out to arrest me and that I would get 7 years for tax fraud and evasion. I told him to have fun with that and hung up.
I hope the lowlife worthless scammer reads this! I've found their location and will remove his pancreas via his rectum. It's going to hurt for however long it takes to bleed out!
magistrate is a very common word even in america... General Magistrate for example
Claims to be US Treasury (likely calling from the Delhi, India, office based on the accents). After repeated call backs, successfully spoke to one person whom English was not their second language. They hung up when my questions to them became too pointed. Total scam.
