Incoming cell w/no message. This person is calling my number registered on federal "do no call" registery, so is subject to the fine imposed when I file complaint. Easy access 4 telemarketers to check b4 making this not so smart mistake that could easily fine them right out of business at the get go.
you call and they say you qualify for $100 rebate to Walmart, etc. press 1 to register, press 2 to be on do not call list
most likely just a scam!
