They called at 12:45 am and hung up when we answered. Tried calling back and all you get is a recording saying that your call cannot be completed. Not sure what's going on. Our caller ID said Lewis, Texas as well.

They have called 4-6 times everyday/night and never say a thing for 6 days straight SO FAR!!! Had enough so I called the number and it was a recording telling me that it does not qualify for "do not call" program. So I sent a text to the number asking them to stop calling, now I have received numerous spam texts and phone calls from 469-464-9384 if I do not answer the calls from the 800-644-9064. Not sure what to do anymore!!!

I got the dead air call at 5:27 am. When I called the number I got the message "we're sorry for the test call". I called again and go the rapid busy signal. I filed a complaint with the FCC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.
I don't know what happens with the complaints, but when I have filed complaints in the past, I noticed I don't get any solicitation calls for about 6 months. And my number is on the national and state "do not call registries". That is not even a speed bump for some solicitors.

I suspect these are the common pedophile rapists with criminal records who can't get real jobs, so they spend their time peddling their filth to honest people like ourselves. I've blocked them using CallControl so they cannot infect my family with any perversions.
