Phishing for information on first call about SS benefits. They never once called me by name but kept stating that I had recently applied for benefits.
I did not converse with the person and I hung up and blocked the number. Almost immediately I was bombarded by calls from these scammers on a daily basis but I continue to have the upper hand with my caller id call blocker. They also have attempted calls from 817-252-xxxx and i also blocked that range of IDs. I added 469-466-xxxx this morning. Eventually they will realize that attempting to ring my phone is futile and move on. A phone trap would or EIN ID would catch these scumbags everywhere!
