This number is calling my cell phone 5 to 10 times a day consistently within minutes of the last call. I have no idea why this number is calling my cell phone from out of the blue but it needs to stop.

Champion Nstar: Costas was his name and he insisted that he was a Servicer for Fannie Mae and was trying to collect a debt. My case with Fannie Mae was closed some time ago and his information was based on public records knowledge from a closed case.
