Name of the company is Local Lighthouse and they are selling SEO services. They are getting the number by running a bot on Whois pages to get your contact information from your website ownership info

Same story. I get a call from a random number at least once a day claiming to be google+... Today was this number. I block contact each time it happens.

Called our company several times. Since we already claimed our google+, by the way not with them, and it kept saying every time they call ; if you want to be removed from our calling list which press 2 now. Of course we always selected to be removed, then,they still call us back.
