Obnoxious "warning" - last chance

Got a call from this number. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.
They are morans from another country that try to scam people and get away with it. They are sitting back laughing at us because there is nothing no one will do about this. I was advised to keep as little as possible in checking accounts (debit cards) and put rest in a savings and just draw as you need so if they do get unto your account, they wont get much.
