The call about once a day, and never leave a message. If they are legitimate, they would leave a number to call back

got several calls from this number with no voicemail, so i suspected something was up. glad i checked here.

They called back the next day with the same spiel. I asked who he was with. Again, I was told Civil Division. I asked "of what? Who do you work for?" He mumbled something so fast I didn't catch it and hung up on me. DEFINITELY A SCAM!

This number has been calling me. I finally answered today and they said they were with the Civil Division too and asked for me or if I knew the one they were looking for and I said no and they hung up. You could hear the call center in the background. For sure a scam. They will find you if it's a real serving for any court documents.

They called my cell phone and asked for my husband. The told me they had papers to serve tomorrow and wanted to know if someone would be home. I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow to find out what these "legal papers" are. I called the number back and let their phone ring for an entire minute. No one answered.
