i read the comments & reviews on this # && took the advice & ignored it. 2 days later a process server came to my PARENTS house looking to serve me a subpoena!!!! tried to call 469-754-0984 but they said it was too late bcz ive already been served & they forwarded my case to the county courts

Got a blocked call today 02/07/2017. The guy stated his name was Logan Madison. He is a "private courier" authorized thru Cleveland County. He would be coming to my work today between the hours of 12 - 5 to serve me with papers. That I would need 2 forms of ID, plus my supervisor, or HR person would have to be my witness. If he doesn't catch me at my work place, then he will serve me at home. Again, he would need to forms of ID, plus a witness. I had time before he served me to contact the company at 580-670-2756. This was my final warning. So I tried to block from my cell and call the above number. A guy by the name of Franklin Grant answered, but no company name. I asked who it was, he didn't respond, so I hung up. Well so much for blocking my number, because he turned around and called me back from 469-754-0984. Turning them in today. Trust me people they are not going to come and serve you anything. It's a total BS call.

Got call from unknown # just as stated by others. Referenced 469-754-0984. Did same thing. Service of documents between 12 and 5 job or home. Blah blah blah. I kept voicemail recording as this is a violation of FCRA and I plan on suing. I called the # and when I mentioned the voice mail and the violation she hung up FAST.

Said her name was Kendal Watson and that I would be served papers at my job between 12-5 gave a call back number but called from a blocked number. I have gotten this call before and nothing ever happened. guess we will see today between the hours of 12-5.

In addition to the call/voicemail, they knew the last 4 of my social. So THAT is scary.
