A lady (who didn't identify herself) asked if the number she had dialed was who we were. I said, "yes". She asked, "is XXXXX still the owner?". I said that he is the owner, and she hung up a second later.

Three and up to five calls a day, does not leave a message.

They call 4 times a day what can we do to get this scam outfit off our backs

Credit card processing

EVERY DAY this "Cypress" outfit calls my number. EVERYDAY!

Cypress calls our office at LEAST 6 times per day. Today she finally spoke & asked for the business owner & I said he was not available, may I help & she said "no, that is ok & hung up". Next time...I AM THE BUSINESS OWNER. IF they don't quit calling, I know an attorney that will sue them.

I respect some of the sales people that try to sell to me. Some I can't. I got a sales person that called me 2 days ago and refused to tell me who they were unless they could speak to the business owner. I said "that's me." They said that they're just confirming the time to come to my business tomorrow to give a presentation of their credit card processing service. I was like "um.. what?" I had never set up an appointment with them or agreed to anything where they would be calling to confirm. I said I wasn't interested and then to add insult to injury, the woman told me that this is a courtesy call to confirm when they would be coming and not a request. I told them that if they showed up at my office I would have security escort them off and then I hung up. I have zero respect for this type of sales tactic.

Very rude, and they pretend to be something they are not to speak to the owner. It is a complete scam. They hang up on you and continue to call when you ask to be removed from their list.

Called several times this week to our business. When I answer no one is ever there. I called the number back and got a recording that said if I was returning a call press 1 to be added to the do not call list press 2. But then it was a recording and I had to leave a voice mail to be removed

Man called from Cypress and said, oh I have dialed the wrong # and hung up. Called ID shows CYPRESS 14699415952 They are not criminals they are a company that sells their merchant credit card processing services. I should not say they are not criminals as I don't know for a fact that they are on the up n up, but i told them I owned a Commercial Collection agency (NO credit card will allow us to have an account to accept their cards because we are collecting already bad debt) I told him if they could set me up to accept credit cards for 3% or less I was in, Now once in a while I get a call but as they read the note on their screen they say oh sorry nevermind we cant help you and hang up.

call constantly 3 times a day

OMG! This company has the worst robo call history EVER!!! The calls start coming around 9am and by just past 1pm I have had 7 calls from this company in a day! I called the number and option 2 supposedly takes my number off their call list. However, this doesn't work because the calls keep coming every day. They are a nuisance! I actually spoke with a receptionist to verbally give her my number so hopefully they will actually remove it from their list to stop the robo dialing. I own a business and the last thing I need are constant interruptions from robo calls that waste my time and interrupt my work zen focus. I have filed an official complaint on the National Do Not Call Registry so I hope they will be investigated by the FTC. If this company is bothering you too, please go and file a complaint so the authorities will investigate them quicker! Please do your part and take real action. 2 to 3 calls a day from this number. Knowing this woman and her pathetic empire of criminal telemarketers will all burn in hell one day keeps me warm at night.
