Called, 1 ring. NEVER call back weird numbers. If they didn't leave a message, then, it wasn't important. Calling these spammer-scammers back means they can charge you for the call, grossly inflating it cuz you initiated the call(by calling back) or they try to get you to say yes, recording it to use as authorization for bogus purchases.
