These ppl called and hung up on me. Not only annoying but a waste of my time! This is quite literally harassment! Can I get their address to send them a bill for my time that they've taken? My time costs money, and they need to pay me!!

Calk to my cell phone. Caller ID said "United States". Number is spoofed - lookup of number has it belonging to 2 different people in different parts of the country. I did not pick up and they hung up with no message left.
